Congratulations to Christian Balbin, class 2010. He was honored at the annual Christopher Columbus Marist Achievement Award Ceremony for outstanding achievement in the subjects of Chemistry, Spanish 2 and year-round honor roll (first honors and principal’s).

Alejandro Pereiro (’08) was honored with the Presidential Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement during the Christopher Columbus High School fifty-fourth Commencement Ceremony held on May 19, 2012 at the Knight Concert Hall in Miami.

Luis Fuentes (’10) is to be congratulated for achieving the academic excellence of being in the top 10% of Southwest High School. Luis was recognized at a ceremony in honor of the top scholars.

Our congratulations to Nicholas Oyarzun (’09). Nick has been moved tp to Varsity Football at Christopher Columbus High School.

Alexander Howard-Fuentes (’06)

After graduating from Good Shepherd, Alex went on to attend Christopher Columbus High School (Class of 2010). While at Columbus, Alex received an award for Outstanding Achievement in U.S. Foreign Policy.
He is currently attending the New Mexico Military Academy (Roswell, NM) Service Academy Prep Course for United States Naval Academy (Annapolis, MA). Aspires to become Naval Aviator, currently taking flight lessons at NMMI.

Congratulations to Andrea Collins, Fabiola De Armas, Nathalie De Almagro, and Natalie Diaz who received honors at the end of year award ceremony held at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy in May 2010.

Special congratulations to Fabiola De Armas who continues to excel at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy as evidenced by all the awards and trophies she earned this past school year.

Alumni were present at a Track meet held recently in order to cheer on their alma mater.

One of our best student athletes while at Good Shepherd, we are not surprised to see that Christian Sosa has excelled academically and in the field of sports at Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School. At ACC, Christian played on the Basketball team and earned a letterman jacket for his efforts.

Graduates Kassie Fernandez and Catalina Fundora were present at Downtown Disney to cheer for our Choir as they performed there in December.

Victoria Suarez and Tiare Garvich (Class of ’07) are proud athletes at Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School where they are on the Cross Country Team.
